Baby #1 ; Week 21

Today's date: Nov 19, 2011

How far along: 21 weeks

Total weight gain: ranges between 7-10lbs.

Size of the baby: 10.5 in ; size of a banana.

Sex: Girl! Girl! Girl!

Maternity clothes: None. Still wearing the bigger work pants/jeans the hubby got me.

Sleep: Sleeping good.

Best moment(s) of the week: Signing up for our baby registry at BabiesRUs! We did this on my birthday, it was fun! M went scanner happy! I had a bad cold the whole week and was still sick on my birthday. Coughing all the time, so annoying! We had dentist appointments that morning, headed to the mall, and to Babies R Us. We went out to eat at a new place we haven't tried yet. I ordered the salmon. I couldn't taste a thing lol I kept coughing the whole time. We stopped by my dads for a little bit and he and my step mom and little brother got us a couple outfits for Gabby and and ice cream cake, yum.

Movement: Still feeling little jabs throughout the day :) She is so active now at the same times every day it seems. I can't wait till I can see movement from the outside, instead of just feeling it on the inside, or if you press down on my belly!

Food cravings: Nothing this week because I can't taste anything!!!

Food aversions: So far, anything goes.

Morning sickness: So far, so good.

Symptoms: Bad breakouts still. And battling this cold, ugh!

Labor signs: Too soon.

Belly button in or out: In.

What I miss:  Sushi! Specially after eating at the place we did, sushi everywhere. 

What I'm looking forward to: Shopping for the baby. Starting her room, we found colors we like!

Baby #1 ; Week 20

Today's date: Nov 11, 2011

How far along: 20 weeks

Total weight gain: 7-10lbs

Size of the baby: 6.5 in ; size of a small cantaloupe.

Sex: It's a GIRL :) !!!!!!

Maternity clothes: None. Still wearing the bigger work pants/jeans the hubby got me.

Sleep: Sleeping good.

Best moment(s) of the week: November 8th! We had a doctors appointment. We first went and had our sonogram done. They took us fast. The lady started the measurements right away and was like "Oh the baby has its mouth wide open, its legs too! Would you like to know what you are having?" YESSSSSSSSSSS! She said "It's a girl!!" She continued doing the measurements and snapped a few pictures. She printed some out for us and put some on a disc as well.

Movement: Still feeling little jabs throughout the day :) Some days less than others, some days more than most.

Food cravings: Nothing at all really.

Food aversions: Still nothing at all really.

Morning sickness: So far, so good.

Symptoms: Bad breakouts still :( Also started getting a cold this week. You can tell in my pic, heh.

Labor signs: Too soon.

Belly button in or out: In.

What I miss:  Sleeping on my stomach and sushi.

What I'm looking forward to: Shopping for the little girl :)


We do have a name picked out already. We've had both names picked out for awhile. M picked out the first names and I got to pick the middle names. The middle names I chose are my grandparents names. So since it is a girl, her name will be Gabrielle Faye. :)

Baby #1 ; Week 19

Today's date: Nov 5, 2011

How far along: 19 weeks

Total weight gain: Like, 10lbs lol I'm not sure, I think I've gained another pound or two since last week it seems.

Size of the baby: 6 in ; size of a heirloom tomato.

Sex: November 8th!! November 8th!! November 8th!! November 8th!!

Maternity clothes: None. Still wearing the bigger work pants/jeans the hubby got me. And I wore one of the new pairs of (bigger sized) pants I have and had to leave the button undone lol feeling huge.

Sleep: Sleeping good. Until I get up at around 5am to pee every night. And I can't fall back to sleep for a good hour or so :/ Also my hips have been killing me. I now sleep with part of my Snoogle folded up in half (making the pillow extra big) between my legs. That way they are separated enough to get to sleep comfortably. Ouch ouch ouch.

Best moment(s) of the week: Going to the Dierks Bently, Eli Young Band, and Jerrod Neiman concert last night with M :) Also going bowling for a friends birthday. Fun week!

Movement: Can feel baby here and there throughout the day. Super cute :) M can still feel baby too. M has been kissing my tummy before bed lately. It's the cutest sweetest thing!


Food cravings: Nothing really. Still eating oatmeal everyday and pizza every Sunday hehe

Food aversions: I had chicken tonight. It was ok. Chicken has really been the only thing I stay away from. Everything else is fair game haha

Morning sickness: So far, so good.

Symptoms: Zits zits zits.

Labor signs: Too soon.

Belly button in or out: In.

What I miss:  Sleeping on my stomach and sushi.

What I'm looking forward to: Nov 8, 2011. Coming fast! We, hopefully, find out if baby is a girl or a boy!
