Baby #1 ; Week 24

Today's date: Dec 17, 2011 (took this Dec 10, 2011)

How far along: 24 weeks

Total weight gain: 16lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!

Size of the baby: 12.5 in ; size of an ear of corn. Baby weighs 1.25lbs.

Sex: Girl! Girl! Girl!

Maternity clothes: Still just wearing the bigger pants I have been, but I did have to finally buy a pair of maternity work pants, just one pair. Life savers!

Sleep: Sleeping good.

Best moment(s) of the week: Doctors appointment! We got to hear baby and her little heart beat. Met a new Midwife and she was great! Her husbands name is Gabriel, heh!

Movement: Still very active :) Can feel her most at night when M and I are going to sleep.

Food cravings: Chocolate milk - Silk.
Food aversions: So far, anything goes.

Morning sickness: So far, so good.

Symptoms: Cough is gone!

Labor signs: Too soon.

Belly button in or out: In.

What I miss:  My pre preggo jeans!

What I'm looking forward to: Starting her room :)




Ya so I got weighed at the doctors office and it said I am up 16lbs! Which is 6lbs in just one month. I was shocked. She didn't say anything about it, I actually brought it up. All she said is to watch my bad carb intake and eat 1/4th of what I normally would. I was very dramatic about this after the appointment. We went grocery shopping and I was like, "nope, can't eat that, can't have that. No way can I have that." LOL just, I'm so dramatic sometimes.
